Chicken strips with peach curry sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g chicken, shredded
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 400 g peach(s)
  • e.g. curry powder
  • 250 ml sauce (curry-mango sauce), e.g. from Heinz
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes

A few hours before preparation, marinate the minced meat with pepper, salt, curry powder, and a little oil. Stir thoroughly and refrigerate until ready to cook. Later, dice the onion and peaches. Brown the meat and add the onion. Now add the mango curry sauce and a little water. Add the peaches and season with pepper, salt, and curry powder. Serve with rice.
