Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g tagliatelle pasta
- 4 slice(s) ham, cooked cut into strips
- 5 slice(s) ham, Black Forest cut into strips
- 1 large red bell pepper(s), cut into strips
- 1 large onion(s), cut into strips
- Paprika powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, black
- 2 small eggs, beaten in a bowl
- 2 tbsp oil, or 1 tbsp clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle in salted water and drain. Brown all ingredients (except the pasta, eggs, and seasonings) one at a time in hot oil. Then add the drained pasta and season to taste (reduce the heat). Then add the eggs and let set for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently. If you like, you can make a separate sauce and pour it over the top.
