Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g pasta (Fleckerl – rectangular pasta)
- 250 g ham, cooked
- 2 tbsp butter
- some parsley
- some salt
- some pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil the noodles in salted water, drain, and rinse. Toss in melted butter, stir in the ham and parsley, and season with salt and pepper. I personally add a finely chopped onion and let it brown a bit. It simply tastes better. Serve with a green salad.
