Ham Noodles

The perfect ham noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Pasta, e.g. Macaroni, Spirelli
  • 100 g Cooked ham
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Pcs. Onion, great
  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 ml. Milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg and cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbsp Cream 30% fat
  • 100 g Grated cheese, e.g. Edam or Gouda
  • Chives or spring onions
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water as instructed on the package, remove approx. 4 tablespoons of water and drain.
  2. Dice the ham and finely dice the onions. Leave the butter in a pan and fry the ham in it. Then add the onions. Put the pasta in the pan and stir in.
  3. Whisk the eggs, milk, cream and spices, then mix in the cheese. Then add this mixture to the pasta and let it set while stirring. Now, if necessary, add some of the cooking water to make the dish a little smoother. Finally, fold in the chives or spring onions for the eyes and serve directly.
