Ingredients
 

  • 180 g Croissant noodles
  • 150 g Ham cubes
  • 1 Red Pepper fresh
  • 1 Yellow Pepper fresh
  • 1 Green Pepper fresh
  • 1 Orange Pepper fresh
  • 1 Onion
  • 15 g Ginger
  • 150 g Cooking cream 7%
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • Salt
  • Coarse pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation:

  • Halve the colorful peppers first, remove the core and cut away the white skin ... then wash and cut into small cubes .... Peel the vegetable onion and cut into small cubes ... Peel the ginger and cut into small cubes.
  • Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite .... drain and, if done too early, simply keep warm.

Ham and vegetable mix

  • Heat the sesame oil in a non-stick pan ... sauté the onions and ginger until translucent ... add the ham and fry briefly .... season with herbs, salt and coarse pepper .... mix in the diced paprika .... fry briefly. ... now deglaze with the cream and simmer gently for about 5-6 minutes until the diced peppers are cooked (with a slight bite).
  • Arrange the pasta and ham-vegetable mix on a plate ... done ... enjoy your meal.
