Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g pasta, cooked
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 200 g cheese, grated Emmental
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Heat the butter in an ovenproof pan and lightly fry the diced ham. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Now add the cleaned and sliced ​​spring onions and sauté until translucent. Add the pasta, toss to combine, and heat through. Season to taste. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180-200°C or under a broiler. Serve sprinkled with chives.
