  • e.g. breadcrumbs

  • 1 small can of tomatoes
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Herbs (oregano, marjoram, basil), dried
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese, grated (gratin cheese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Knead the minced meat with egg, diced onion, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic salt, spread it on the ham slices, and roll them up. Place seam-down in a baking dish. Chop the tomatoes slightly and place them in a bowl. Add the cream, sour cream, tomato paste, herbs, and spices, and mix. Pour everything over the ham rolls. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 175°C (convection oven) (do not preheat) for about 30-35 minutes, until golden brown. We like to serve it with curry rice and cucumber salad. Tip: This recipe can be prepared in the morning for dinner.
