Macaroni with quick tomato sauce with crab and herbs

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic clove(s)
  • Tomato paste
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • basil
  • Thyme, fresh
  • Oregano, fresh
  • olive oil
  • Parmesan, freshly grated
  • e.g. crabs
  • Sambal Oelek

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the macaroni in salted water. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the garlic. Sauté the prawns in a little olive oil and sambal oelek, add the tomato pieces, garlic, and a little tomato paste, and simmer. Add the chopped herbs and season with salt and pepper. Mix the macaroni with the sauce and finish by grating the Parmesan cheese over the pasta.
