Ham rolls 70s

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 8 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 1 jar white asparagus
  • 200 g salad (meat salad, preferably homemade)
  • 8 stalks of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Party hit of the 70s

Drain the asparagus. Remove any remaining bacon from the ham. Place two to three asparagus spears on each slice of ham. Spread about 40 grams of meat salad in the center of the slice. Now roll the ham around the filling to form a closed roll. Tie it with a chive stalk. Serve on a serving platter.
