Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • ½ cube of yeast, fresh
  • 1 piece(s) butter
  • 250 ml milk, warm
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
  • Garlic granules
  • herbs, Italian
  • oregano
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 500 g cheese, grated Gouda

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Dissolve the yeast in one part of the warm milk and the butter in the other part. Stir the yeast milk into the flour and then add the butter. Let the yeast dough rise for about 1.5 hours. Dice and sauté the onion, then add the pizza tomatoes. Season to taste and reduce the heat to low until thickened. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet. Prick with a fork and spread the tomato sauce on top. Top with your choice of topping (e.g., salami, ham, mushrooms, pineapple, etc.) and finish with grated Gouda cheese. Place in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
