quick, uncomplicated and delicious

Wash the schnitzel roast and pat dry. Brush the roast with mustard and season the mustard coating generously with paprika. Place the seasoned roast in a greased, ovenproof dish. At 175°C (350°F), the roast will take 40 to 50 minutes, depending on its texture (a shallow roast will take less time than a thick one). Melt the butter and pour it over the mustard and paprika crust about 10 minutes into the roasting process. The result is a delicious and tender roast that’s easy to serve. Serve with croquettes and a variety of vegetables.
