Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 1 cup sour cream
- 200 g ham sausage
- 1 onion(s)
- 150 g mushrooms
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- some spice mix (barbeque)
- 1 egg(s)
- some caraway
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely chop the ham sausage, onion, and mushrooms. Mix with sour cream and grated cheese and season with the barbecue seasoning. Spread on the puff pastry and roll up. Brush the strudel with egg and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Bake at 160°C (fan oven) for about 35 minutes.
