Amaretto hazelnut cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine or butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • ⅛ liter Amaretto
  • dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beat the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until frothy. Then add the flour, baking powder, and ground hazelnuts, alternating with the milk and Amaretto. Pour the batter into a springform pan that has been greased and sprinkled with ground hazelnuts. Bake at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes on the second rack from the bottom. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
