Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 150 g ham, cooked
- 1 slice(s) cheese (Emmental)
- 1 half onion(s)
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp cream
- 1 egg(s), separated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Thaw the puff pastry slightly and roll it out. Cut into approximately 10 cm squares. Dice the ham and cheese. Finely chop the onion and fry it with parsley and butter. Add the cream and mix well. Place the filling on the squares. Brush the edges with egg white and fold the squares together. Brush the triangles with egg yolk. Bake on baking paper in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
