Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 ml mayonnaise (homemade or a good one from a jar)
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 3 cucumbers (gherkins)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 1 small onion(s) or 1 shallot
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some cucumber juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the egg, gherkins, parsley, dill, onion and capers, mix with the mayonnaise and season with salt, pepper and a little liquid from the gherkins.
