Pakistani tea

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 3 tea bags (black)
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil tea bags in a pot with a little water (just enough to cover the tea bags) for about 6-8 minutes, then add sugar and pour in the milk. Do not remove the tea bags. Leave them on the hot stovetop until the milk is just about to boil (DO NOT let it boil, as this will give the tea a bitter aftertaste). Pour into a coffee mug and enjoy (CAUTION: Tea is extremely hot!!!)
