Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat (beef)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Oil, for frying
  • 2 rolls, hamburger

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

quick to make and incredibly tasty

Combine the ground beef with ketchup, mustard, milk, and egg and knead thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste. Form the mixture into 2 equal-sized flatbreads. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the flatbreads on both sides and then cook at a lower temperature for about 7 minutes. Cut open the buns and top with the burgers.
