Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 banana(s), ripe
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 750 ml broth
  • Salt
  • curry
  • 125 ml sour cream
  • 125 ml sweet cream, alternatively crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Puree the bananas and add the lemon juice. Add the broth you prepared in the meantime and heat everything together. Season to taste with salt and curry powder, as well as the sweet and sour cream.
