Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 Mettenden
- 300 g bacon
- 1 can of green beans
- 6 large potatoes
- 1 bunch of savory
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Slice the bacon, mettenden sausages, and potatoes. Sear the bacon and mettenden sausages in a large pan. Add the can of beans and the bean water. Top with raw potato slices. Sprinkle generously with savory. Salt is not necessary. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes over low heat, until the potatoes are tender. Serve with a baguette and beer.
