Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp hamburger sauce or cocktail sauce, e.g. from Heinz
  • ½ tbsp sweet and sour sauce, e.g. from Develey
  • 2 tsp sauce (dill-mustard sauce), e.g. from Händlmaier
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely chopped
  • 16 slice(s) pickled cucumbers (hamburger cucumbers), finely chopped
  • 50 ml cucumber water
  • 10 g dill, frozen
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, very finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Let stand for 2 hours if necessary. This amount is enough for 6 hamburgers. I use the products I mentioned because they give me the best results.
