Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of mustard
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- ½ tsp spice mix (raclette spice), optional
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 slices of bacon
- 1 tsp, heaped fried onions
- 3 dashes of soy sauce
- 125 ml oil
- 2 tbsp mascarpone or crème fraîche
- 1 gherkin(s)
- 2 dashes chili sauce, hot
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fry the bacon in a small pan until crispy, then crumble it finely. Finely dice the gherkins. Blend the ingredients, including the oil, into a mayonnaise using a hand blender. Whisk in the mascarpone and fold in the gherkins. Season to taste with hot chili sauce and maple syrup.
