Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g chicken fillet(s)
  • 100 g onion(s), diced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 250 ml instant broth
  • 300 g carrot(s), diced
  • 200 g potatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 100 g low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp wheat flour
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Cut the meat into cubes. Preheat a non-stick pan and brown the meat on all sides. Add the diced onions and brown them, then stir in the tomato paste and pour in the broth. Add the diced carrots and potatoes to the meat and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes. Season the stew generously with paprika. Finally, mix in the yogurt and flour and fold in. Sprinkle the stew with parsley and serve immediately. This stew is usually made with pork schnitzel and turnips, but that’s not our taste.
