Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 4 tsp herbs of your choice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 4 tbsp, heaped crème fraîche with herbs
  • 4 tbsp, heaped Gouda, grated
  • 1 tsp. stock, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Combine the crème fraîche, herbs and spices, and grated cheese in a bowl and mix well. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the chicken fillets well on each side, and season. Place them side by side in a baking dish and add the resulting juices. Spread the herb and cheese mixture over the chicken breast fillets. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
