Hamburger with Fish Fingers

- 24 Breaded deep-frozen fish fingers
- 1 Large onion red
- 0,5 Cucumber
- Lettuce leaves
- Oil
- 5 tbsp Sweet mustard
- 5 tbsp Chopped dill
- 2,5 tsp Sugar
- 200 g Remoulade
- 2,5 tsp Lemon juice
- First cut the cucumber into slices, then cut the onions into cubes or rings, depending on your taste. Wash and dry the lettuce and lay out individual leaves.
- Fry the fish fingers in oil and keep them warm in the oven. Briefly bake the hamburger buns in the oven.
- Mix the mustard, dill, sugar and tartar sauce to a smooth sauce and add lemon juice to taste.
- Cut the bun open, spread the sauce on the lower half, put on the lettuce leaves, then place three fish fingers on top, then cover them with cucumber and onions, spread the sauce again and put the lid on. Topping can be varied according to taste.
- Makes eight hamburgers with fish fingers.
