Hand Cheese and Fish Duo

The perfect hand cheese and fish duo recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Farmer’S hand cheese 200 g
  • 1 Onion approx. 50 g
  • 1 tbsp Light rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cherry
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 100 g Onion matjes (2 pieces from the jar)
  • 100 g Yellow pepper
  • 4 Vine tomatoes approx. 100 g
  • 4 Pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 4 Pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 Rye rolls (2 * ½) approx. 100 g
  1. Peel and halve the onion, cut into thin strips and sprinkle with light rice vinegar (1 tbsp), olive oil (1 tbsp), cherry (1 tbsp), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches ) marinate for about 10 minutes. Clean and wash yellow peppers and cut into sticks / sticks. Wash the tomatoes on the vine, remove the stem and cut in half. Halve the rye roll. Decorate 2 plates with 2 rolls of Farmer’s hand cheese + marinated onion, 1 onion matjes + onions from the jar, yellow pepper sticks, tomato halves and ½ rye rolls. Finally, season the tomato halves with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 pinches) and serve the hand cheese and fish duo.
