Hangover Breakfast

The perfect hangover breakfast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Herring fillet
  • 8 Pitted olives
  • 0,5 Pickled cucumber
  • 1 shell Fresh cress
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 whole Avocados
  1. Possibly soak the matjes fillets, pat dry and cut into strips.
  2. Slice the olives and dice the cucumber.
  3. Wash the cress and add 2/3 of it with the onion, cucumber and olive slices to the matjes
  4. Fold in the creme fraiche.
  5. Please only shortly before serving: Halve the avocados, remove the core and pile the matjes mixture into the avocado halves.
  6. Garnish with the rest of the cress and serve with toasted white bread.
  7. BON APPETITE !!!
