Starter: Harirra soup
- 3 piece Carrots
- 5 piece Tomatoes
- 2 piece Onions
- 0,25 bunch Fresh smooth parsley
- 0,5 bunch Parsely
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 1,5 tsp Harirra spice
- 2 tsp Vegetable broth
Amuse-Gueule: cucumber kisses mint drink with Bestilla
- 2 packet Puff pastry
- 2 piece Chicken leg
- 3 piece Onion
- 0,5 bunch Parsely
- 1 packet Skinned almonds
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 tsp Cinammon
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 0,5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 4 tbsp Sugar
Starter: Harira soup
- Cut the vegetables and herbs into small pieces and mix with a glass of water in a blender. Then fry the whole thing in a saucepan with a little olive oil. Add tomato paste and add all the spices and approx. 5-2 liters of water and bring to the boil briefly. Then mix 4 tablespoons of flour with 2 small glasses of water and add to the pan. Cook for 1-5 hours.

- Bring the chicken legs with the coarsely chopped onions and finely chopped parsley in 400 ml of water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, salt, ginger powder, black pepper and turmeric and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Then take out the chicken drumsticks and pluck them into small pieces. Let the remaining contents of the pot continue to boil until the water has boiled off completely.
- Now put the chicken back into the saucepan that has been removed from the heat, add the sugar, the egg and the remaining cinnamon. Roast the almonds in a pan, chop them up and add them as well.
- Cut the puff pastry into strips approx. 10 cm wide, add the filling and fold into triangles. Finally, brush with a little melted butter and place in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
- After baking, sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
