Harlequin Frittata
The perfect harlequin frittata recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fork spaghetti
- 1 Traffic light peppers = 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green
- 2 tbsp Chive rolls
- 250 g Cream
- 100 ml Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 100 g Grated cheese
- Salt pepper
- Fat for the pan
- Boil the fork spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain.
- Wash the peppers and finely dice them.
- Mix the cream, milk and eggs together well. Stir in the cheese and chives, season well with salt and pepper.
- Stir the fork spaghetti into the cream and cheese mixture and season to taste again.
- Heat the fat in a pan and pour in the frittata mixture. With the pan lid slightly open (= so that the moisture can escape), let it set for about 25 minutes over medium heat.
