Harlequin Frittata

The perfect harlequin frittata recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fork spaghetti
  • 1 Traffic light peppers = 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green
  • 2 tbsp Chive rolls
  • 250 g Cream
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • Salt pepper
  • Fat for the pan
  1. Boil the fork spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain.
  2. Wash the peppers and finely dice them.
  3. Mix the cream, milk and eggs together well. Stir in the cheese and chives, season well with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir the fork spaghetti into the cream and cheese mixture and season to taste again.
  5. Heat the fat in a pan and pour in the frittata mixture. With the pan lid slightly open (= so that the moisture can escape), let it set for about 25 minutes over medium heat.
