Pasta in Tuna Sauce

Tuna sauce

  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Cans Tuna in its own juice
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 tablespoon Peas
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Garlic
  • 1 pack Tomatoes happened
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Capers
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Freshly chopped herbs
  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Drain the tuna. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel and dice the carrots. Defrost the peas. Peel the tomatoes and chop them roughly.
  2. Now fry the tuna with the onion until it sticks to the bottom of the pot, add the carrots, the peas and the garlic and also roast, then add the tomato cubes and pour the tomatoes on top and let everything simmer over a very low heat for 25 minutes.
  3. Then add the fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper and season with the sugar
