The World’s Most Delicious and Healthy Snack: A Simple Recipe

Three simple recipes for a healthy snack. The menu of each of us usually includes a wide variety of foods that provide the body with the necessary vitamins and minerals. In addition to the main meals, during the day we also need quick snacks to satisfy hunger and replenish our energy.

In order to keep your body in good shape all day and ensure a stable metabolism, it is important to remember that you need to eat right. With such absolutely harmless products, your snack at work, outdoors, or even at lunchtime will be pleasant and healthy.

Delicious zucchini rolls

You will need:

  • 2 medium zucchini – regular or zucchini;
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
  • 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt;
  • 150 g of boiled chicken breast;
  • 100 g of feta;
  • ½ onion;
  • ½ red pepper;
  • salt – to taste.

Rinse the zucchini well and cut it into thin slices, salt, brush with oil on both sides and fry until tender, then let cool. Finely chop the onion and pepper, and cut the chicken into slices.

Grease the zucchini plate on one side with yogurt, and put chicken, pepper, and onion on it. Roll the strip into a roll and place it on a plate, seam side down.

Frittata – a recipe for cooking

You will need:

  • 4 eggs;
  • 1 potato;
  • 1 tomato, 4 cherry tomatoes;
  • 100 g of spinach;
  • salt, spices – to taste;

Wash the potatoes well, peel, and grate them. Beat eggs a little, and add potatoes, spinach, salt, and spices. Put the mixture into silicone or metal (grease them with oil) muffin tins. Gently press the tomato slices or cherry halves into the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Egg pancakes with a filling

You will need:

  • 2 eggs;
  • salt and seasonings – to taste;
  • 50 g of boiled turkey;
  • 50 g of Greek yogurt;
  • 50 g of cheese;
  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.

Beat one egg with salt and spices in a bowl. Heat a frying pan, grease it with oil, pour in the egg, and spread it over the bottom in a thin layer. After 30 seconds, turn the pancake over and cook for another half minute.

Let the pancakes cool slightly and brush with yogurt. Slice the turkey and cheese into thin slices, place in the center of the egg circle, and roll the pancake. You can use any filling to your liking: beef, chicken, fish, vegetables, hummus, and so on.
