Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 rolls of Harzer cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 tbsp caraway seeds
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • ½ bunch chives
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 350 ml olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Cut the Harzer cheese into cubes. Peel and press the garlic cloves. Mix with the other ingredients. Let it sit for about 2 hours before serving. Serve with baguette or toasted black bread.
