Rice like in Havana (Cuba)

Melt butter in a pan. Dice the ham and slice the bananas, and add them. Don’t overcook, or the bananas will become mushy. Meanwhile, bring the rice to a boil with twice the amount of water and a pinch of salt. Melt the butter in another pan. Melt the curry powder into the butter. Then stir the curry butter into the cooked rice until it turns a nice golden brown. Serve the bananas and ham on top of the rice.
