Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 200 g marzipan
  • 75 g almonds, peeled and ground
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 25 g almond(s), peeled
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cookies without flour

Knead together the marzipan, ground almonds, lemon juice, and powdered sugar. Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press an almond into each ball. Bake at 175°C for about 15 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
