The perfect hawaii pancakes with cooked ham and cheese gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 tbsp Sifted flour
- 1 cups Mineral water
- 2 Eggs room temperature
- 1 Pr Salt
- 4 Discs Cooked ham
- 8 Discs Pineapple
- 8 Discs Disks
- 8 Cocktail cherries
- Put the sifted flour in a bowl and mix well with mineral water to a smooth mass with a whisk, add the eggs and 1-2 pinches of salt and stir well.
- Add the butter or margarine to a pan with a diameter of 22 cm and heat on a medium heat. Pour in the pancake batter from the middle with a ladle and do not bake too thick.
- Now place the halved boiled ham and the halved pineapple slices on the dough and brush over with a little batter. Turn the dough after about 5-8 minutes. Bake for another 5 minutes with the lid on. Now turn again and place the slices on top and let the cheese melt with the lid closed on a low setting.
- Serve on preheated plates and garnish with cocktail cherries. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any cherries and took strawberries. It also tasted good. Enjoy your meal
