Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (preferably tagliatelle)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche (herb)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 can pineapple, in pieces
  • 200 g ham
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. curry powder
  • n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
  • e.g. fat, for the casserole dish

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

First, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. In the meantime, combine the crème fraîche, crème fraîche with herbs, and cream. Season the crème fraîche with salt, pepper, curry powder, and paprika. Dice the ham. When the pasta is cooked, transfer it to a greased baking dish, stir in the diced ham and pineapple pieces, and pour the crème fraîche mixture over it. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted) for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
