Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg pork (shredded)
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 500 g mushrooms
- 100 ml white wine
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- 2 cups of cream
- 4 cubes of cream cheese (e.g. Bresso or similar)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, white and black
- Flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Clean and thinly slice the mushrooms. Dice the onions and fry them with the mushrooms. Set aside and briefly brown the meat. Combine everything in a saucepan with the broth, cream, and white wine and bring to a boil. Add the cream cheese cubes, parsley, and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper, adding a little more broth if desired. Finally, thicken with flour and bring back to a boil. Croquettes or tagliatelle make excellent side dishes.
