Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g smoked pork (chicken smoked pork) or smoked salmon
  • 150 g sauerkraut
  • 250 g potatoes
  • 15 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Place the sauerkraut in a pot, add the smoked pork, and simmer with the lid on for about 10 minutes, until the meat is warmed through. Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain the water and drizzle the butter over the potatoes. Serve everything together.
