Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g hazelnuts, finely grated
  • 50 g almonds, finely grated
  • 1 large egg(s)
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 orange(s), zest
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Christmas cookies, makes about 30 pieces

Mix all ingredients thoroughly to form a moldable paste. With wet hands, form walnut-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for approximately 25-30 minutes. The surface should be slightly cracked. These cookies can be easily varied with other types of nuts.
