Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 50 g chocolate, grated, alternatively sprinkles

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Beat the eggs, sugar, and butter until fluffy. Then mix in the flour and cocoa powder, and finally fold in the grated chocolate. Chill the dough slightly if necessary, then roll it out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Shape the rolled-out dough into cookies and bake them on a baking sheet at 180°C for 10 minutes. These cookies are quick and easy to make and are especially suitable for children’s Christmas baking. Feel free to vary the cookies to your liking. For example, they taste particularly good with: – a few drops of rum flavoring – coconut flakes or ground nuts instead of chocolate – 1 packet of vanilla sugar – some gingerbread spice – 1 pinch of cinnamon
