Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 80 g semi-skimmed margarine
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 65 g spelt flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 80 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • Fat for the waffle iron

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cream the margarine and powdered sugar together. Mix in all other ingredients. Bake in a greased waffle iron until golden brown. I use 3 tablespoons of batter for one waffle. This recipe serves four people as a dessert. We also like to eat these waffles for breakfast, which is enough for two people. 315 kcal per serving.
