Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 115 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 75 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 egg yolk

Knead the ingredients into a dough and chill for about 45 minutes. Then, tear off walnut-sized pieces of dough, knead them again in the palm of your hand, and then form into a ball. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and lightly press down with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 8-10 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
