Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp sweet cream
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • possibly vanilla sugar

Hazelnut spread made quickly at home – substitute for Nudossi –

The cracked hazelnuts are finely grated or otherwise crushed. They are then briefly roasted in a dry pan, taking care not to brown them. The roasted hazelnut mixture is then gradually mixed with the sweet cream and cocoa powder until a spreadable mixture forms. If you want it even sweeter, add a little vanilla sugar. The hazelnut spread is stored in a tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator and will keep for about 2-3 weeks. Depending on the quantity, the list of ingredients can be increased.
