Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 40 g butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 40 g nuts, grated
  • 40 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the butter with the egg and egg yolk until fluffy, stir in the grated nuts and breadcrumbs, add the tablespoon of whipped cream, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Scoop out dumplings with two teaspoons and cook in boiling salted water.
