Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 120 g hazelnuts, roasted, ground
- 500 ml milk
- 120 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 ml cream (UHT cream), whipped until stiff
- 1 tbsp syrup (hazelnut syrup)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) vanilla powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Heat the milk, sugar, salt, vanilla, and egg in a saucepan to approximately 80°C. Stir in the roasted and ground hazelnuts and let cool. Fold the whipped cream and syrup into the cold mixture. Freeze the cooled mixture in an ice cream maker for approximately 20-30 minutes, then place it in the freezer.
