Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 egg whites
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g hazelnuts, ground
- wafers
- Nuts, whole
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Beat the egg whites, slowly adding the sugar. Gently fold in the ground hazelnuts. Drop the batter onto wafers with teaspoons and bake for about 10 minutes. Beforehand, place a whole hazelnut in the center of each wafer.
