Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp oil (hazelnut)
- 2 tbsp vinegar (date)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients together well. Goes well with leaf salads such as oak leaf lettuce, frisée, lamb’s lettuce, and arugula.
