Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g natural yogurt 1% fat
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 5 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp nuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 100 ml apple juice, organic
  • 1 small apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without fat and sugar

Pour the apple juice into a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Wash the apple, quarter it, core it, and cut it into small pieces. Add it to the juice and simmer until soft. Toast the nuts and oatmeal in a pan until it begins to smell aromatic. Drizzle the honey over it and leave it on the stove for a short while, being careful not to burn it. Mix the yogurt and curd cheese in a bowl, add the soft-cooked apples, and sprinkle with the nuts and flakes. The muesli is ready in 5 minutes and will keep you full for a long time. Orange is also delicious instead of apple, mixed into the yogurt without cooking.
