Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g raisins
- 150 g oat flakes, fine
- 220 g banana(s), ripe
- 48 g coconut oil or other neutral oil
- some cinnamon powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

If possible, chop the raisins slightly in a food processor or blender, then add the other ingredients and mix everything thoroughly by hand. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes, then shape into small cookies about 4-5 cm in diameter. Bake the cookies at 180°C for 15 minutes. No longer, or they’ll become too hard. These cookies are healthy and delicious for more than just breakfast.
