Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 wraps
  • 3 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar or other sweetener
  • 1 handful of berries, frozen
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

3 min. effort, perfect use of leftovers

Mix the low-fat quark, egg, and coconut blossom sugar. Spread the mixed cream on the wraps and top with berries. Bake the wraps in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 20 minutes.
