Healthy muesli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g oat flakes, fine
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g almonds, ground
  • 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 100 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Tastes great with milk or natural yogurt and fruit

Combine the oats, sunflower seeds, ground almonds, and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well. Briefly heat the oil and honey (or maple syrup) in a pan over medium heat. Then add the oat and nut mixture. Mix well and continue roasting for about 5 minutes. Then reduce the heat, add the raisins, and continue roasting for another five minutes, stirring.
